These are the two most searched terms on Google. Not so strange considering knowledge searches makes up a big chunk of what people use search engines for.
Knowing this, I checked if whatisandhowto.com was available to register a couple years ago, and it turned out to that it was. So I went ahead and registered it and set up a WordPress site on it.
